Cancellations must be made within 3 days of ordering. Upon cancellation, your account will be credited accordingly.

Wood type and grain are unique for each piece of wood. This creates a product that is unlike any other. Due to this uniqueness, the absorption of finish, paint and color may vary slightly from the image viewed on your computer screen.

Lancaster Originals Shipment Policy

Whenever possible your shipment will arrive via UPS. However, larger items will need to be shipped via truck line. Our packing and shipping procedures are set to ensure that your purchase arrives safely. If a truck line is delivering your product, they will be in contact with you to make arrangements. When your product arrives please inspect it thoroughly. You may refuse the shipment if it is damaged. We will replace it at no charge to you. Please notify us immediately if this should occur. Also, on the rare occasion you discover a manufacturers defect within five days of receiving your product, please notify us.
